Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, browsing our trainer directory, or booking a coaching session, you enter into a legally binding agreement with NXTSport LLP. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page, you are prohibited from using our platform and must discontinue use immediately.

Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the NXTSport secure checkout system. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in GBP (£). Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Coaches are not permitted to accept cash payments outside the platform.

Client and Coach Obligations

Clients are expected to arrive punctually for in-person or online sessions and to communicate openly regarding any physical limitations. Coaches are strictly vetted and obligated to deliver professional, evidence-based training. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of professional boundaries by either party will result in immediate account termination.

Assumption of Physical Risk

Engaging in high-intensity fitness, strength training, or mobility work carries inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in sessions booked through NXTSport, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. You confirm that you are physically capable of undertaking the training and have consulted a medical professional if you have pre-existing health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NXTSport LLP and its affiliated coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or participation in training sessions. Our total liability in any matter relating to your booking is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

Governing Law (UK)

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the NXTSport platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any legal matters.
