01

Information We Collect (Health/Fitness data)

To provide you with elite, tailored coaching, we collect standard account information (name, email address, secure password) alongside specific physical metrics. This may include your current fitness level, training history, injury background, and specific physiological goals. This data allows our platform and your matched coach to design safe, effective, and bespoke training protocols.

02

How We Use Your Data

Your information is utilized strictly to enhance your athletic performance and platform experience. We use data to facilitate session bookings, process secure payments, match you with appropriate specialist coaches, and monitor your progress over time. We also use anonymized platform data to improve our directory functionality and internal algorithms.

03

Data Retention Periods

We retain your personal and physical data only for as long as your NXTSport account remains active. If you choose to close your account, or if it remains inactive for a period of 36 months, your profile data will be securely permanently deleted. Financial transaction records are retained for seven years in strict accordance with UK tax and accounting laws.

04

Information Sharing & Third Parties

Your trust is paramount. Your specific training and health data is shared exclusively with the personal trainer you choose to book. We share minimal necessary information (such as billing details) with our secure payment processors. NXTSport LLP will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information or fitness metrics to third-party marketers or data brokers.

05
